Individuals must be eligible for MO Healthnet (Medicaid), must be physically disabled, 18 years or older, be able to direct his or her own care, capable of living independently with the services of a personal care attendant.
The Medicaid program for the state of Missouri is called MO Healthnet. The purpose of the MO Healthnet division is to monitor healthcare services for low- income citizens of the state of Missouri.
